Chonchol
Gupta earned his MBA, Master of Global Management Degree, and
Certificate in Latin American Business Studies from Tulane University’s
A.B. Freeman School of Business. He also holds a B.S. in Civil
Engineering from West Virginia University, and a B.A. in International
Studies with a focus on Asia and the Pacific Rim from the University of
California, Irvine.
Mr. Gupta brings a distinctive blend of technical and managerial
expertise with advanced skills in market planning and implementation,
brand promotion and management, business development, new-market
penetration, product development and launch, resource allocation, and
business management.
Mr. Gupta has particularly strong relationship management and team
building skills. As President of Tulane’s Graduate Business Council, Mr.
Gupta successfully focused graduate students at the A.B. Freeman School
of Business to use their business knowledge for community service
activities in New Orleans, resulting in hundreds of hours of volunteer
business consulting services for nationally recognized charitable
organizations.
Mr. Gupta has built an extensive personal network of business leaders
worldwide through his service as the Vice Chairman of the Orange County
Republican Party’s Asian Communities Committee; his consulting
engagement researching international banking in Louisiana for the World
Trade Center (New Orleans); his representation of URS Corporation to the
US-India Business Council and the Petroleum Club of Houston; his
consulting for Kruger Paper’s international market entrance strategy
from Latin America into the Caribbean; and his extensive international
travel in Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

Xavier Cabo
Chief Operating Officer
Xavier
Cabo has earned his MBA from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of
Business, and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Florida
Institute of Technology.
He has worked for the Cultural Services of the French Embassy, where he
was responsible for the promotion and distribution of French cultural
and educational video programs in United States. Later, he worked for an
international B2B media company in Paris, France and was offered the
position of Online Marketing and Communication Manager.
Mr. Cabo brings eight years of website project management and
development to Rebirth Financial. Prior to joining Rebirth Financial,
Mr. Cabo founded and successfully led XWebConsulting, a web development
and online marketing company.
In addition to his online media expertise, Xavier possesses
experience in new venture management, having helped several start-up
companies develop and improve their business processes. Originally from
France, Mr. Cabo’s international background and core business
competencies were sought for several consulting engagements with
multinational companies including Colas Group and Neill Corporation.

Mark Minutaglio
Director of Business Development
Mark
Minutaglio earned his B.A. in Business, Organizations, and Society from
Franklin & Marshall College. His studies included an in-depth
exploration in Corporate Social Responsibility and a minor in Italian.
Before joining the Rebirth Financial team, Mark worked with United Way
for the Greater New Orleans areas. During his time at United Way mark
developed an extensive environmental scan of the Greater New Orleans
area, which assessed the state of education, economic development,
housing, health, and the demographics of the area. Prior to Moving to
New Orleans, Mark worked for an options trading firm, AGS Specialist
which at the time operated out of the American Stock Exchange, and his
family’s business, John Mini Distinctive Landscapes, where he helped
implement several sustainability initiatives.
Along with his various experiences, Mark brings strong leadership and
customer relationship skills to the table. Mark understands the social
and environmental, as well as economic, impact businesses and
organizations can have on the community. He is very active in the New
Orleans community serving on United Way’s Safety Net: Financial
Stability for Hardworking People Vision Council and recently joined
Visiting Nurses Association’s (New Orleans) board.

Matt Deitch
Business Development and Strategy Specialist
Matthew
Deitch is a B.S.M. in Finance 2012 candidate at Tulane University’s A.
B. Freeman School of Business. Mr. Deitch brings a diverse knowledge
base in start-up finance, business development and marketing.
Prior to joining Rebirth, Mr. Deitch worked with various small
start-ups, including his own, gaining experience in marketing and
branding strategy. He also has developed national online marketing
campaigns for various companies.
Mr. Deitch has strong leadership and team management skills. Currently,
Mr. Deitch is the Co-President of Tulane Undergraduate Jewish Studies.
Additionally, he is an active member on the Vice President of Tulane’s
Student Advisory Board.
Mr. Deitch is very philanthropic and active in the New Orleans
community. He has worked with both Habitat for Humanity and
LowerNine.Org, helping rebuild the city. In addition to this, he has
spearheaded university engagement and active participation with the New
Orleans Alzheimer's Association
